1.Are Your Hair Extensions Made From Human Hair?Is Your Hair Remy? And What Does

 This Mean?

Yes. All of ourhair extensions across our entire range are made from 100% Remy, human hair. Human hair, unlike synthetic or animal hair, can be styled, dyed, washed and brushed giving you way more freedom and a far more natural finish.

“Remy” is the best quality of hair extension available as it is “cuticle correct”, meaning all the cuticles on the hair shaft run in the same direction (downwards). This ensures the hair will stay shiny, soft and tangle free for months, even years if well cared for.

2.Can The Hair Extensions Be Straightened, Curled,Dyed Or Toned?

All human hair extensions can be dyed, cut and styled just like natural hair can,but as they are not attached to their original root and have been chemically treated already, they can react differently to colour than you may expect.

We also advise to only ever darken or tone your extensions and never bleach or lighten themas this can seriously decrease the life span. If you are planning to dye your extensions, we strongly recommend taking them to a professional colourist with experience in dying hair extensions to avoid an incorrect result or damage to the hair.

Always dye a small section of the hair first before applying the dye all over to test the colour. Please note once the hair extensions have been dyed or chemically altered this will void our returnspolicy.

3.Can I Sleep With Extensions In?

For semi-permanent methods (tape-ins and wefts) you can sleep with your extensions in. For ready to wear extension methods (clips, halos, etc) we absolutely do not recommend you sleep with your extensions in. Sleeping with ready to wear hair extensions can damage your own hair, and it can cause the hair extensions to not last as long. 

Regardless of the method, we recommend brushing your hair daily and proper storage to ensure they keep their original quality.

4.How Should I Care For Hair Extensions?

>Brush your hair extensions with a wide tooth comb.

>Never use any products containing oil, alcohol or ethanol as this can damage the hair extensions. Try your best to use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner,as these ingredients will dry the hair out decreasing the life span.

>Wash your hair extensions if you notice any product build up or after several wears.

>Hair extensions that are removed daily should be stored in a clean, dry box or bag away from sunlight, heat and water.

>Most importantly treat your hair extensions with love and they will have you looking fabulous for months!

5.How Long Do Hair Extensions Last?

With regular maintenance,WXMY hair extensions will last three months (sometimes up to six months depending on your natural hair). As your hair grows, the bond will naturally grow out with your hair. Proper treatment, will extend the life of your hair extensions.

6.Shipping And Returns

Shipping:

Standard shipping: 10- 25business days.

Expedited shipping: 3- 7business days.

Return:

After receiving the hair extensions, if you find any problems or are not satisfied with the hairextensions,as long as the item has not been used or altered in any way,you have 30 days to send the order back to us for either a full refund or exchange.If you have asked us to make any changes to the hair replacement system before shipment, such as custom order, the product cannot be refunded.
