How to Use

1. Connect the pad to power and press the on/off button to start — defaults to level 5 for 30 minutes.
2. Press the temperature button to cycle through levels 1–9 until you reach the desired heat.
3. Press the timer button to select your preferred session length (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes).
4. The pad will switch off automatically when the timer ends. Press on/off again to turn off manually at any time.
