Cotton-Nylon Yoga Stretch Strap, 245 cm

Some Stretches Are Hard to Set Up When Your Hands Can’t Reach Comfortably

If you are working through a seated or floor-based stretch and cannot easily hold your foot or leg, it can be hard to keep a steady position. A yoga strap gives you an extended handhold to work with as you set up your movement. This strap is listed at 245 cm long, 3.8 cm wide and 2 mm thick, with a cotton-and-nylon webbing description. Use it as a simple accessory for yoga, Pilates, dance or general stretching, and stay within a comfortable range of motion.

A Long Strap for Stretching Practice

The product is described as an adjustable yoga strap for yoga, Pilates, dance and exercise. Its listed length is 2450 mm, equivalent to 245 cm, and the width is 38 mm. The stated thickness is 2 mm. These dimensions give you a practical starting point for comparing it with other straps and deciding whether the length suits your routine. The listing describes the webbing as cotton and nylon but does not give a percentage breakdown.

Use It as a Support for Positioning, Not as a Force Tool

During a gentle stretch, you can hold the strap to create extra reach and make it easier to settle into a position without grabbing your foot directly. Move gradually, keep the strap under your control and stop if a movement feels uncomfortable. The product information describes this as an exercise strap; it does not provide a medical or rehabilitation rating. It is not described as climbing or aerial equipment, so do not use it to suspend body weight.

Colour and Availability

The product page shows several colour choices, but only Orange had positive inventory when the variants were screened. Check the live selector for the colour currently available before ordering. The photos can help you compare the look of the colour options, while monitor settings may make shades appear a little different from the physical product.

Make It Part of a Gradual Routine

When you are practising at home or packing for a class, a strap can be a useful way to keep a stretch hold in reach. Try it with a simple seated stretch or a position where an extra handhold helps you maintain control. Keep the strap slack enough that you can move smoothly, and do not pull harder just to reach a deeper position. The aim is to use the strap as an aid for positioning, not to force flexibility.

Check the Details Before You Order

Compare the 245 cm length with your intended stretches and review the product photos for the colour and finish. The source describes the webbing as cotton and nylon but does not state how those fibres are divided. If fibre composition is important to you, ask the seller for the exact blend. The listing’s claims about strength and dye treatment are not repeated here because no supporting test or breakdown is provided.

This strap offers clear size information and a straightforward use as a yoga stretch accessory. Choose the available colour from the selector, check that the stated dimensions suit your practice and use it gently within your own range. These details help you decide whether it belongs in your yoga or flexibility kit without relying on performance claims that the listing does not substantiate.
