Striped Knit Shirt for Sphynx & Hairless Cats

No Fur Means No Natural Central Heating

Hairless cats experience temperature fundamentally differently from their furred cousins. A sitting room that feels mild to you can leave a Sphynx genuinely cold: reluctant to settle on bare floors, glued to radiators, and burrowing under blankets at noon. For these breeds, clothing is not a novelty, it is daily equipment. The challenge is finding something soft enough for sensitive bare skin, warm enough to actually help, and cut for a cat's slinky frame rather than a generic pet shape.

A Soft Knit Tee Built for Bare Skin

This striped knitted shirt wraps your hairless cat in a soft, stretchy knit that insulates without a hint of scratch. The tee cut covers the whole torso with short sleeves that stay out of the way of shoulders, so jumping, stretching, and stair-sprinting stay fully on the menu. Ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem keep everything neatly in place through a full day's wear. The classic multistripe pattern is handsome on camera too, which Sphynx owners know matters.

Colours, Sizes, and Stock Honesty

• Colours: navy blue or red multistripe
• Sizes: XS to XL (supplier sizing); measure chest girth and back length and size up when between sizes
• Stock note: most size/colour combinations are currently sold out; availability right now is best in XS, so snap it up if that is your size and check back for restocks otherwise
• Made for: Sphynx, Peterbald, Donskoy, and other hairless or very short-haired cats

Why Hairless Breeds Need Clothes Year-Round

Fur is insulation, and without it, body heat heads straight for the exit: a hairless cat can even feel chilly in summer air conditioning. A light breathable tee for shoulder seasons and a warmer knit for winter form the basics of a hairless wardrobe, keeping skin comfortable and energy for playing rather than shivering.

Gentle Care for Sensitive Skin

Hairless cats have no fur barrier, so what touches the fabric touches skin. Wash before first wear, use a mild detergent, and machine wash cool with a thorough rinse. Air dry to keep the knit springy. Rotating two shirts means a fresh, clean layer is always ready.

One Warm Cat, Zero Radiator Wars

Picture your Sphynx strolling through a January afternoon like a cat who owns the thermostat: warm, unbothered, gloriously stripey. The radiator gets a break, the blanket cave gathers dust, and your lap is finally optional.
