EVA Foam Yoga Blocks, Single or Pair Options

Floor Just Out of Comfortable Reach During Practice?

When the floor feels too far away in a pose, reaching harder is not always the most useful adjustment. An EVA foam yoga block offers an intermediate surface, letting you bring a support closer instead. These rectangular yoga bricks provide a simple accessory to discuss with your instructor or work into a familiar practice, without adding a large piece of equipment to the room.

The specified material is foam and EVA. The main photograph shows plain rectangular blocks with softened edges in several colours, alongside an example of a block being used during a standing movement. That image illustrates a possible application rather than an instruction to copy a pose beyond your own comfort or experience. The block is an exercise accessory, not a step stool, climbing aid or rated platform for unrelated loads.

The supplied size is 23 x 15 x 7.6 cm. A second source entry rounds the narrow dimension to 7.5 cm and gives 9 x 3 x 6 inches. Treat that as the published rounded size information, not two different block sizes selectable in this listing. The rectangular shape gives different surface orientations, but no specific maximum load or tested load-bearing certification is supplied.

Choose a single block or a two-block option using the selector. Labels beginning with 2 indicate the stated pair options, including rose red, black, Light Blue, org, gary, Purple and pink. Single colour labels and the A and B codes also appear, so review their individual photographs before choosing. The full selection names are retained below rather than silently changing codes into a colour or package content that has not been confirmed.

A pair can be useful when a familiar exercise calls for support on both sides, while a single block may suit a routine that only uses one. Decide from your actual practice rather than buying a quantity based on the multi-colour presentation photograph. The listing specifies one or two yoga bricks according to the option, not a complete collection of every colour pictured or a mat and block bundle.

Place any support on a stable surface and check it is positioned securely before putting weight onto it. Avoid using a block to force a deeper stretch or to continue through pain. The previous pain-reduction wording is not a treatment promise. Store the blocks where their surfaces will not be crushed or damaged, and follow any care guidance supplied with your purchase. Their portable size makes them straightforward to put beside a mat and clear away when your session is finished.
